Market Analyst
Work directly under the Sr. Marketing Communications Manager. Will assist & participate with the following functions. Conduct general and detailed research about Mail2World's target market segments, to include studies and statistics from industry analysts, trade organizations, press and internal Mail2World sources. Lead current and prospective customer segmentation, research potential customers in Mail2World's existing and new target markets, identify trends within these market segments and create models to predict future performance. Collect and analyze data in support of client retention, new customer acquisition and achievement of sales targets. Analyze variables affecting performance and impact of Mail2World's services and solutions. Analyze customer needs and identify new services and up-sell opportunities. Conduct competitive analyses across Mail2World's product line and prepare reports. Based on market research, develop an advertising strategy that effectively promotes the company's products and services in local, regional, national and global markets. Monitor emerging industry and market trends that indicate the need for new products and services, then communicate those trends to product management teams. Work cross-functionally with sales and product management departments.
